Sean Joyce, President of inSITE inSITE Advisory Group, is a Certified Public Accountant and proven executive leader in financial management and strategic development with over 20 years of experience in a leadership role with organizations from a multi-billion dollar for profit organization to nationally recognized non-profits. He is a two-time Crain’s CFO of the Year Nominee (2014 & 2009). In 2009, he was a recipient of the Greater Akron Chamber 30 for the Future Award.

Sean joined inSITE October 2022 and will service clients in both the public and private sectors with site selection, funding, and economic development assistance. Under Joyce’s leadership, inSITE will also now offer Owners Representative and Program Management Service which includes turn-key project management services including planning, design, scheduling, procurement and bidding, project start-up, construction and installation, and project close-out.

After more than a decade of public service to Northeast Ohioans, Catey Breck joined inSITE Advisory Group as the Director of Economic Development. Catey most recently served as the Director of Strategic Development for the City of Akron where she co-led the Office of Integrated Development and served on the Mayor’s Cabinet. As Director of Strategic Development, Catey was responsible for the Divisions of Downtown Operations, Recreation & Parks, and Small Business & Entrepreneurship, and led the City’s investment of its American Rescue Plan funding into key capital improvements and the small business and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through absolute persistence and dedication, Catey has a successful track record in securing millions of dollars in grant funding from both government and private foundations to help bring the vision of civic leaders and residents to life.

Ms. Breck serves on the Board for the Catholic Charities – Diocese of Cleveland, Habitat for Humanity Summit County, and the Ohio Erie Canalway Coalition Associate Board, and is a 2021 recipient of the Greater Akron Chamber 30 For The Future Award.

With 30 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering Design and Construction across OH, FL, DC, MD, VA, and CA, Erik Reynolds has joined inSITE Advisory Group as the Director of Owner’s Representation Services. Erik is highly experienced in healthcare, life sciences, medical laboratory, restaurant, and commercial design. He has held various roles, from owner to senior leadership, and has progressed through project coordination, management, business development, and marketing for more than 500 projects, ranging from $100k to $1 billion.

Most recently, Erik served as the Owner’s Representative for University Hospitals and the Senior Project Manager of Capital Assets at Sodexo. With his expertise in Healthcare Mechanical Engineering and a strong understanding of the design, construction, and delivery processes, he excels as an architect liaison, bid preparation advisor, and project manager. Erik is skilled in managing large teams, multi-discipline engineering projects, cost analysis, feasibility studies, budgeting, and contract administration.

Mr. Reynolds holds his EIT License in Ohio and Florida and serves on several boards, including the Leadership Akron Signature Resilient Class 37, Akron Public Arts Commission, and the Kent State University Construction Management Program Industry Advisory Board, where he chairs the Membership Subcommittee.
